  2. Recipient Data – Names and Phone numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

4.1. Clients remain the owners and controllers of the recipient data they upload (e.g., employee phone numbers).

4.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload recipients' data.

  • Mobile network operators to process airtime/data top-ups.
  • Payment providers for processing transactions.

6. Data Retention

  • Transaction and account records are retained for as long as legally required (e.g., financial regulations).
  • Recipient contact data is retained until the Client deletes it or terminates their account.

7. Security

We use encryption, firewalls, secure servers, and access controls to protect data. However, Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their employees or recipients are informed that their data (phone numbers, top-up history) is being processed.
  • Clients must comply with applicable data protection laws (as per country) when uploading or using personal data on the Platform.

9. International Transfers

As our platform may process transactions across different countries, recipient data may be transmitted internationally, we ensure that such transfers are protected under applicable data protection standards as per the country.

10. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws, Clients or data subjects may have the right to:

  • Correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal obligations).
  • Restrict or object to processing.
