  2. Recipient Data – Names and Phone numbers.
  3. Transaction Data – Airtime/data purchases value, Click Airtime account balance, schedules, purchase history, timestamp, recipient Mobile Network.
  4. Technical Data – IP addresses, browser type, device name, and Click Airtime activity logs for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, process, and manage airtime and data top-ups.
  • Enable features like bulk uploads, group creation, scheduling, and personalized SMS.
  • Show balances, transaction history, and reports.
  • Process payments and other consumable services.
  • Improve our services, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Communicate with Clients regarding transactions, updates, or support.

3. Assignment, Change of Control, And Transfer

All our rights and obligations under this privacy policy are assignable by us to any of our affiliates, with regards to a business restructuring; either through mergers, acquisitions, sale of assets or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any such successor entities or owners.

5.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload recipients' data.

We do not sell personal data. However, we may share limited data with:

  • Mobile network operators to process airtime/data top-ups.
  • Payment providers for processing transactions.
  • Authorities where required by law.

7. Data Retention

  • Transaction and account records are retained for as long as legally required (e.g., financial regulations).
  • Recipient contact data is retained until the Client deletes it or terminates their account.

8. Security

We use encryption, firewalls, secure servers, and access controls to protect data. However, Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their employees or recipients are informed that their data (phone numbers, top-up history) is being processed.
  • Clients must comply with applicable data protection laws (as per country) when uploading or using personal data on the Platform.

10. International Transfers

As our platform may process transactions across different countries, recipient data may be transmitted internationally, we ensure that such transfers are protected under applicable data protection standards as per the country.

11. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws, Clients or data subjects may have the right to:

  • Correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal obligations).
  • Restrict or object to processing.
